Thanks guys... muscle g got that from troy nash i think... its a homemade contraption. The hooks are crowbars its had 700 on it before and we've never had any problems. Easily set up and removable.

Could you take me some pictures of it so I can figure out how to make one? Or do you have a way I can get up with Troy. Meet him at the SPF meet in April. Pretty nice guy.

Better aim higher tbia. But thanks man. Might be a long shot for me too, but the 275x20 was strength wise not too bad. Cardio wise- it sucked. Only one way to find out

No problem jbird... its actually really simple if you have a buddy that can weld... its a 5 piece setup how ours works...
