100% Natural Bodybuilder
Machines are fine as long as you don't quite doing free weights. A 40% machine and 60% free weights is a good set up.
Free weight build the stabalizers. This is why I started using them more now that my bases muscle memory is over for my come back.

If all else fails, I guess I could just be a cardio bunny so far though, I don't think I've seen anyone using the barbell.
Hubby figured it would be good for me to take a look at the gym, that was before he realised how little they had in terms of racks/barbells/benches and such.
