That's a keeper.

It goes along with the fact that there is no "bodybuilding bench press form" that is somehow completely different. A bench press is a bench press. You certainly don't need to use leg drive if you don't want, and you certainly don't need a superhuman arch, but you do need proper setup and execution.

Flat bench, arms flared benching is not acceptable. Love your shoulders. They love you.

Well unfortunately the industry spent decades not talking much about form. I recall all my old Weider magazines...nice workouts, but I don't ever recall being told how to bench and squat properly. Maybe things have changed.

Gotta love those magazines. Of course, if they were any good and everyone was getting results, they wouldn't sell very well cos no one would need them anymore!
