Thanks BtB, the first two sets were a little heavier then I would have liked, but once the rep out set came along it felt very easy!

Really inspiring to me that you can rep 275 6 times. Was it "Easy"? Haha.
TnG= touch and go= lightly touch chest(no bouncing) and press

And the first set was easy, but wasn't 100% sure I would get a 7th rep so stopped.

Thanks Ravi, the first few cycles are always easy. A few months from now those goals and actual sets will become a lot closer.

6/18/12

Deadlift
505x3 1/2 lost right above knee
435x10

Hang Clean
155x2
155x2
155x2
155x4

Squats
135x3
225x2
315x1
235x20

Notes: I really enjoyed today, was a very different type of difficult. Today was my first day of my new high fat low carb diet so was a little foggy headed. I should get past that in the next few days.

The first 3 reps with 505 flew up and were very easy, then right before the 4th rep felt a little light headed and had to stand for about 5 seconds. Just lost all my momentum.

Also had planned on doing some heavier weight with hang clean but just didn't have the speed today after deadlifts.

Good luck MAB. Usually is good after day 3. What are your goals with this?

Thanks Ravi, after a few weeks the cardio part becomes okay, but that is when the weight starts to get really heavy!

I'm not planning on dropping weight classes or anything, I just want to be a stronger, and better looking, 220.

Most likely I will drop back to 200, then work back up to 215 or so, then back down to 200 and so on for a few cycles.

Just some form of body recomp.
