We all love and respect each other.

Oh my goodness, that picture is scary.

I have read some of the letters posted in the Hoffman magazine accusing Weeder of gay porn. Pretty funny stuff and I originally thought he was exaggerating. But if that picture is anything like what they were talking about, he wasn't too far off.

I've never been a fan of the magazines, except Hardgainer, Milo, and Dinosaur Files.

It seems annoying how many different versions of these routines there are
First of all Routine A, B old versions, then the new versions & Routine C, then the one in 'Hepburn's Law'

I can tell you from some personal experience with them that the 8x3 can be hard out the gate for someone moving solid weight already. I really recommend trying a 6x3 first to get the feel and then maybe moving into an 8x3.

Or start the 8x lighter and build up, light one would with Wendler's.

I wouldn't worry too much about specific variations. The general principle of methodical progression, no matter how you structure it, is going to bulldoze some PRs.
