Yes it went up. I desided to do Sundays as the re-feed days. This re-feed was still the old carb levels for re-feeds.

I also re-vamped my macros to
180 pro 70 carbs 30 fat cutting days.

Yesterdays macro's with a 60 min w/o and 20 min cardio on hand bike,

Results:

153.4 down to 150.2. Most is water weight but about .5 is fat stored energy (AKA fat). I don't say fat because you never burn fat cells only the energy stored in it and it flattens out.

Yes Carl. I have a post about the info on how you never ever burn fat, just the stored energy in them.

You can add fat cells but only way to truly get rid of fat cells is Liposuction. Its just the way the body works. This is also why the fatter you get the harder and less lean you can get when you want to strip down.

You have the fat stores and as you cut it takes less and less to trigger refilling the emptied fat stores even though you don't need to. It has become the bodies norm and wants to keep it.

Thank you. My goal is 1.5-2 lbs a week. I will adjust cardio and macro's to hit this each week.
This is based on Pre Re-feed weight. (weight first thing in morning of re-feed day) Sunday mornings weight.
