Thanks Marvin and Rich. This was easy but felt good to use some weight.
Weight belt was worn and also my squat shoes. Both work great and make a difference in my lifts.

HAd a great session with steve saturday. Good leg work and got some good tips on squatting.

I did not track it so if you seen his log I followed his program with same weight except squat.
For tthose I done 275 to correct form.

Today I started my old school program again

Chest and ahoulders.
Bench press
135 x 5
185 x 5
210+5 x 5 x 5 easing into fflatbench with achey shoulder.

Upright row
135 x 8/10/10/10

Incline chest fly
40's x 20/15/12. Decided to use less weight and more reps with slow eccentric. Take care of shoulder

Face pulls
70 x 12/12/10

Tricep dips
10 x 4 sets at body weight of 235.

Done in 47 minutes.

Do the upright rows bother your shoulder...I have read a lot lately not to do them if you have shoulder issues.

No. They feel better for me.
Plus with a shoulder problem I don't want to put weight over head right now.

Pendlay rows
255 x 5 x 3 with versa grips

Lat pull down
160x 8 x 3 wide grip and slow eccentric .

Assisted glute ham raise (feeling these out on my bench with feet under lat tower knee support.
10 reps x 1 set.
Not bad, knees get uncomfortable but a nice pad will help that.

Standing calf raise
Bw +120=355 x 20/15 slow paused reps

Seated cable calf raise
110 x 30/25

Done in 63 minutes
