170+5 x 10 x 9
170 x 9 just could not get last rep racked. Stay here next time

Barbell upright row
100+5 x 10 x10 will add 5 next

Bw tricep dips
5 sets x 10 reps.

Slow negatives on last set. Almost failed last rep

Abs
Decline bench leg raise with hip thrust.
20/15/12.
These hit the lower and upper abs all at once. Tough but good.
50 minutes total

So I done a full body tonight.
Will take off until Saturday .

Squats.
135 x 5
185 x 5
205 x 5
255 x 5 x 4
255 x 7 after 10x10 this was easy work.

Flat bench
135 x 5
185 x 5
205 x 5 x 4
205 x 7 easy also

Romanian dead lift
205 x 10
255 x 5x3

Single arm dumbbell croc row
65 x 30 x 1. As the reps got over 20 my biceps and grip started fading.

Incline db press
65s x 15/12. Good pump

Hammer grip pull ups
Bw x 6 /5/5 grip and lats were feeling it

Done in about 1hour 40 min. Took my time and took 2 minutes On all main lifts.
