Week 10 day 1 Reeves classic

Cut it short today. I had to get things around the house ready For the ice and snow. I done just the main lifts .
I'll be staying at work in the dorms we have because all the roads will be closed.
Another snow year without playing with my kids in it but at least I'm getting paid.

Squat
155 x12
215 x10+1
245 x9

Romanian dead lift
225 x12 x2+10 lbs
Pendlay row
225 x10 x2 sets
I did not need warm up sets on Pendlay rows today, rdl did that .

Bhtnp
135 x12
155 x10+1
165 x10+1

Bench
145 x11+1
165 x10
185 x10

Done in 45 minutes.

Will be thursday before I lift again so looks like a 2 session week. Maybe I'll jusy do Thursday and saturday or just take the week light and do two.

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Sorry about not being around lately,I really dont get much time lately and for some reason all the words look so small on my phone. I think it may be time for glasses, eyes strain to read lately.

I lifted monday night but the forum would not let me post it.finally got that fixed but no lifting today. I came down with flu or bad sinus infection after lifting Monday.
Feel like I'm getting better today but not going to push it.
I will try to catch up on you all's logs soon
