Week 5 day 1 Reeves classic physique

Warmed up on elliptical 5 minutes
Today I moved my rest times on all main compound moves for 30 seconds longer. Starting a set while still breathing really hard was great to get back into the routine but as I get into higher reps it was feeling counter productive.
Squats 180 sec rest

Romanian dead lift

Done in 1hr 16 minutes

Good call on the bit longer rest times as I also feel it's most certainly counter-productive on form especially.

Do you not do the pendlay's from the floor?

I just started doing them from the low rack a week ago. If I do them from the floor I have to bend my knees more and then it turns into more of a knee spring exercise. Numbers were the same but this feels tons better on my lower back after squatting and Romania dead lifts.

Not sure this is a legit reason but I am 6'2". Off the floor puts me bending over quite a bit , low rack allows me to keep knees more steady
