Note:I swapped back to barbell because my knees started getting achy. They never ached in 5 years of barbell squats, 2 months of leverage machine and they are achy. I think its because my stance is close .
Either way, barbell feels good .
Great work Chad! Sucks that hacks were wrecking you, but at least you stopped it sooner rather than later! Keep smashing!

Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Benching is using a wider grip and no leg drive. Trying to build my chesticles

Week3 day 2 Reeves classic physique

Slept about 11 hours switching over from day to night watch.
Woke up and wife brought me a cup of coffee in bed( she's awesome)
And we laid in bed watching some of our shows on demand that we missed.

2 hours later had my bullnox pre work out ( stuff is great)

Then mixed up my muscle pharm bcaa drink.

5minutes on elliptical warm up

Barbell squat
155 x11+1
205x9+1
235x8 all with 90 seconds rest.
Will post video, not pretty with short rest. Heart still beating heavy from prior sets when starting final set.

Bent over barbell row(Pendlay)

185 x10
205 x10
215 x10+1. Again 90 seconds is true cardio. Heart still racing when starting final set

Bhtnp
135 x11+1
145 x10
155 x10
60 seconds rest

Bench press
135 x12+1
155 x11
175 x11 90 seconds rest =chest pump bro

Ez bar curl
100 x11x3 +2 reps / 1 each first two sets

Chest dips
Bw 235 (-3 lbs) x15/15/12+2

Kneeling cable crunch
80+5 lbs x 20 x3 sets

Calf raise
125 x40/30. Burned out ouch

Total time 75 min

Took a little longer rest between exercise today still tough
