Week 1 day 2 Reeves classic

Leverage squat
205 x 10+10 lbs and 2 reps
235 x 10+2 rep
265 x10+2

Pendlay row
155x10+2
205x10+2
225 x 8 stayed still

Bhtnp
135x9+1
145x9+1
155x8

Bench
135 x10+2
155 x 10+2
175 x9+1 all reps paused. This is much lighter then I have been working with but the order of exercise and short rest time made this a tough workout. Pausing reps also make it tough.

Ezbar curl
100 x 9x3

Chest dips
Body weight of 230 x10x3 with 30 sec rest

Calf raises
195 x 11 x3 +1

Kneeling cable crunch
75 x25/25/20

Total time 1:15.

This was tough. i have to admit, my conditioning is awful. Hopefully this gets me in better shape cardio and physique wise.

Week 1,day 2 Reeves classic physique

5 mi warm up on elliptical

Leverage squat

205 x 12
235 x12
265,x12. Will go up 10 and back to 8 this set only
Keep first to sets same for now
90 seconds rest ^^^

Low rack pull
205 x5 double over hand
305 x 5 o/u
365 x5 versa grips
2 minutes rest^^

Bhtnp
135 x9
145 x9
155 x9 +1 rep
60 sec rest ^^

Bench
135 x10
155 x10
175 x10+1 paused reps
90 seconds rest ^^
Add ram
245 x2 reps. Arms felt major pump. All I had in me

Hammer grip pull up
10/8/8 with only 30 seconds rest.
Very happy about the amount I was able to do with short rest

Chest dips
15/12/10. With 30 seconds rest.
Happy here as well

Hammer cross body db curl
35 x 15/12/10
60 seconds rest here

Cable 1 arm tricep extension ( under hand grip)
25 x12/12/10
60 sec rest( these done as a lat, tricep and forearm move)

Ab wheel roll out from knees
10/10/10. Ouch

Calf raise on leverage machine
196x12x3 sets

Done in 1:28. Added a couple moves today since I have two days to recover .

Talk about a full body work out, every thing feels great and pumped at one time.

I like the use of the ram for a finisher after bench but will only use it on friday work outs. Can't over do it and have it interfere with the other sessions through the week.

I'm still building into mg work weights on several things. Once I hit 12 reps on all sets for squat and bench I may just move the second and third sets up in weight amd leave first set alone for warm ups.

I'm still amazed at the bleed over that shoulder press has on bench. I may have to take a longer rest between the two so I can push more weight on bench then I am.
Maybe even take an extra min before last work set on bench.

I'll give this a A grade for today.

Awesome work dude. I def can vouch for the bleed over the sp has on the bench. Hits it big time. I was considering taking a longer break today between shoulders and chest but was running short on time, so I couldn't, but def agree, it makes the bench tough.

Keep killing it

Great work Chad! Tons of work in one session, even for an hour and a half! Strong stuff!

Thanks Dj. Program put shoulders first to build big shoulders and it does. Chest is hit with bench and dips pretty nice

The only move I added that's not in the program is the tricep push down. All the rest is in the program. I got into lifting for my health and seemed to have drifted away from that at some point.
My results from last run of it inspired me to do it again but while bulking. Even though Bob dont think I eat enough. Lmao
