Let's Chill with some interpretation:

When it comes to your life and what you stand for, there can only be one designer – you. Sure, consulting with others and learning as much as you can from their character and mistakes is valuable. If you’re not happy with the horse you’re running, feed it, heal it, train it. But don’t let anyone convince you to create the camel that they would rather see.

This is why I design, what I want, why I want it, and let no one stampede it.

Period.

Goal wants close to your heart, rather than close to another allow you to be more consistent in bringing out the desires of the heart, and transforms to what you see outside of the heart.

In the first 5/3/1 book he says he squatted 1k and felt like he hadnt accomplished anything. The guy has a wierd poetic way about him that always attracts my attention.

Relying on studies and research before you make any gains is like choosing the perfect baseball bat for hitting home runs based on research, when you still can't hit the ball.
