I like this routine. No deadlifts, no benchpress but i can see why. Oly's and OH's will take care of that.

I couldn't find any. I think it may have been dynamic.

I saw a workout he prescribed for beginners and it was 10 reps for curls and a bit lower reps for heavy compounds.

My thought was...behold, the power of explosive lifts. Personally, my traps never responded either until I deadlifted and added power shrugs. I can't say which did more, but I do think there is something magical about explosive shrugs as opposed to the mind-muscle variety.

Yes, true. I wonder if he's had any bicep injuries? That's mainly why I do "beach muscle" work is so I don't get a torn "gun" or "core" muscle doing a lift that counts.
