Bench Day

Workout Time: 64 Minutes

Workout Grade: A-

Taking my time between sets, really focusing on recovery. Pretty decent workout, despite having a brutal bench session only several days earlier. No lingering soreness from that workout.

Feel really good and devoid of strains and pains.

Still rocking Big Rig's pre-workout, NO Xhaust. Great energy and pumps. I was fairly tired before the workout but finished strong.

Bench Press
240 x 10 (1RM-20 pounds x 70%)

Dumbbell Rows

Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press
