You look good to go. My only comment is that you're doing a LOT of deadlifts with heavy pulls, speed pulls AND dimels. Having done a similar programme to you I would recommend pulling heavy every other week and then doing speed pulls on the other.

Regardless of the above I have every confidence that you will destroy at the meet.

Thanks for the feedback. As with all things I do, adjustments will be made on the fly. Speed deads aren't a necessity for me if things get hairy. The Dimels are 1-2 sets.

I know my body fairly well and can handle heavy deadlift work more frequently than the average bear.
