I used M/B to help develop my current FB plan. I like split training, but right now, FB is what I "need."

Hope your weekend is going well David. I was up at 5:30, so I got to sleep in for 1.5 hours.

I appreciate that man. Transforming is the easy part, keeping transformed has always been the hard part. It will be two years come the 17th of this month.
