I wrote an article about the ECA stack on my blog a long time ago and I still see a lot of people asking about it. I've used the stack several times over my years of lifting with good results--it's one of the few "fat burners" out there that actually works.

Just keep in mind that much of its effectiveness comes from the appetite suppressant properties--it basically annihilates your appetite.

Aspirin has never made much difference for me. If memory serves me correctly, it supposedly helps more with obese individuals for some reason.

I used a relatively moderate dosage for 1-2 times daily, never more. I never included Aspirin either. Mood wise was fine, just don't be an idiot and drop it all at once like I did.

Yes, I remember it was easier for me if I tapered back on the dosage. Another thing I used to do was use the EC stack for lowcarb dieting and go off it when it was time to refeed (or carb up; or whatever you want to call it). The boost from the carbs kind of offset going off the stimulant.

You will anhihilate any and all food is sight. You'll be found by the police after chasing down a cow and consuming half of it raw.

Seriously, you may become extremely hungry, to the point where you'll make some bad decisions. I got caught out for the day without my lunch or afternoon dose and my parents took my wife and I out to dinner at Logan's roadhouse. I think I ate the entire bucket of peanuts before my meal even got there, then ate some more after I was done with my meal. There was no controlling me at that point.

I remember somehow surviving a test while going through the caffeine withdrawal. My eyes were red, and the headaches were NOT fun.

I don't remember the withdrawal being too severe, but I did have quite an appetite.
