I don't sweat the carbs found in the dairy, nuts and spinach.
I do not eat any breads, pastas, sugars, rice, grains, potatoes, etc. etc.

5-6 meals a day with a protein source and a fat source, and at dinner Ill have Spinach with my Protein and Fat sources.

One cheat meal a week.
So have you ever posted what a week of eating would look like for you? Also, I just thought that all veggies would be fine to eat on this diet.

Do you measure your protein out? With this diet do you have any issues with going to the bathroom

One day a week I will give in and eat a slice of pizza, or and just too lazy to cook when I get home and eat what the wife made. She loves pasta, so I just eat the meatballs instead. Hi, today really is my first day doing the low carb diet, and I wanted to ask on this diet do you or have you experienced any issues with going to the bathroom?

I'd say yes, given the mention of salad with relation to bathroom issues.
