I missed my mark by a bit today. 218 protein, 180 carb, and 55 fat. A few adjustments and I should be able to hit it pretty easy. I could have gotten closer but I thought it was pretty important to include the carbs in my post workout drink. I also didn't really realize that one cup of skim milk has 13 grams of carbs in it.

Once the fat is gone it's pretty much just protein and lactose, which is where the carbs come from.

It will be easier too once I get a meal plan figured out. If I can plan ahead, it will be easy. I have no problem eating the same stuff for a week at a time.

I got it going on now.

Today was 41 fat, 138 carbs, and 202 protein.

And I am down to 194lbs.
