How do you like the mcgill pullups? I like the concept behind them, but for a guy that can crank out multiple I wonder if the benefits are the still same.

All done in less than an hr. No where near as bad as last week, adjusted quickly to the volume.

I have recently discovered on your programming that volume, when done right, can actually kick the old ass even moreso than a heavy single or double session. Glad you have adjusted to it and are feeling better JB!!
