Interesting concept on the pull-ups. You always see guys trying to bang out sets of 10+ and never really stop and think about form breaking down. 6 reps at 60% or 1 rep at 100%. Makes sense to me.

I have been following Brian's log at Elite. I have incorporated a lot of what Dr. McGill has recommended to Brian into my own training. I have noticed my form is a lot better and my lifts feel stronger.
