1x0@950! WHAT THE FUCK! destroyed it, bar rolled at the top and made me twist up my knee. Weight was super light, of course pissed me off. Prob should have stopped knowing my knee was funky....but im a dumbass.

Destroyed it, but still some bar roll. Thoughts from the gym is that I must not be wedging my lats tight through the lift. I will focus on that the rest of the way. I have no doubt I could have hit 1050 today.

So even with a busted knee I still squatted 1025 pretty fast and pulled 765 off 4in blocks. I might be able to hold my own at the Arnold.
