Attempted to bench today, but was just too beat up from squats yesterday

added 3 board

Decided at that point that I was just having too much trouble holding my set up. I was also really tight in the arms and pec, so I shut down the heavy stuff.

2x8@225 with shoulder saver
1x5@275 with shoulder saver

3x15 band push downs.

Yeah was too much to call a deload, to little to call training. Lucky it wasnt a waisted day though.

Yeah it was a cheap PR. I really have no idea what I could do in just briefs. Probably somehwere around 900. Things are looking up for sure.

Back day: AKA build my upper back so I can have a decent deadlift

3 trips suit case carry

12x1 explosive pull ups. 6x1 wide grip, 6x1 neutral grip.
3x8 lat pull down
4x5 bent over rows
4x10 dumbbell shrugs

4x10 sec hold Mcgill cruches
2 sets of hip mobility stuff (the stuff I hate, but need to do)

I have video of the pull ups, I will throw a few up.
