Well had a 103 fever on Thursday, squats on Sunday haha.

Everything is light, which as shocking being as sick as I was. Probably could have gone 900 in the briefs tonight. Looks like it will be a good start to the training cycle.

Curious as to how you get all the spotters? What benefit do they get out of giving you their time. This is a general question as I see huge squatters in mono lifts with 4 spotters just for training sessions.

That is just part of our training crew. They are squatting either with me or in the other monolift. There is up to about 12 of us when everyone is showing up. Normally a steady 7.
