Very impressed with the weight Byrd, that is awesome. down 40ish pounds and strength is still going up.

yeah I had got way too fat. Was great for my bench, but not good for day to day living. I am stuck at 308 this go around, but it might be my last meet there if I can take my weight back down into the low 290s, high 280s. That is where I would like to stay.

Well step one is to add back in breakfast. Right now I just eat breakfast a day or 2 a week (typically training days) and try to limit the carbs. So I will add back in some carbs at breakfast, keep the protein to above 300grams per day, and see where that takes me after 2 weeks. Then I will adjust from there.

Got on the scale this morning and was 290, so you know what that means! LET THE BULK BEGIN!!!!

Came down stairs, made 4 eggs with 2 slices of ham, a thing of general tso chicken and a glass of chocolate milk!

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888
