Same issues I normally have. Although better this time.

reasons for miss

Not retracting my shoulders and head far enough back off the floor is the biggest reason. I did not get my glutes through at the top (another weakness). Speed was good, but just not enough to finish at the bar position.

Any suggestions on your part? Always welcome good feedback!

I think your timing is off just a little.
Your shoulder's were too far in front of the bar when you hit it off of the floor.
Probably an inch or so more than they were in your previous reps. Therefore you didn't pre-load your hips as well.
Made your center of gravity be too far forward, hips too far behind you when they should have been under you at the point the weight stalled.

I don't think you missed it on strength. I think you missed it on timing.

Very intense F-bomb at the end JB - loved it! I hope you can get the shoulders to forward issue sorted soon. Maybe it's an issue because the shoulders are too big?
