Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

No idea really until I see how training goes. I am still a long ways out. Something like 18/19 weeks. Right now I am as strong with just the Ram as I was before I tore my pec. Thanks Moe. I am going to keep a lot of them unlisted like the one above for a bit. So that MAB can see it, but the rest of youtube cant. I want to see if I can sneak up on some people at the XPC semi.

Thought you guys would like this story.

Gym was pretty limited with people in there yesterday while we benched. We were about 3/4 way done when I saw a young kid over there benching in a power rack all alone. I asked Matt to see if the kid wanted to bench with us.

At first he was pretty hesitant, worried that we were going to ask him to do our weights. I told him we would load whatever he wanted, that no point in benching alone when there was only 2 of us. Shocked and obviously very happy, he joined us. He is a 15 year old baseball player at a local high school trying to get stronger for next year. Doing a 5x5 workout program, and did 185x5. Thin, athletic build. We coached him some, could tell he really soaked it in. He did try to load his own weight and I had to yell at him haha. Just one of our rules. Cant load your own weights
