That's some heavy industry bench right there, J Byrd. Sorry if I haven't been keeping up, but have you posted some vids? I'd like to see your form. I have no idea about the power bench method at all!

I have a youtube channel. All of the videos I have up there are in single ply equipment. I use the same set up when I am lifting raw as well though.

no problem, happy to help. Things I always try to make happen during the set up are...

1. get legs and hips under me
2. get as big of an arch as I can and still have butt intack
3. get my traps on the bench.

When benching
1. use the lats to lower the weight
2. use the leg drive all the way through the lift
3. do not get flattened out by the weight

Thanks, If I can get over the injury bug I think I can go 2200+ at the nationals. something like 850/875 squat 675/700 bench and 675/700 dead.
