My wife was reading a fitness magazine last night and came across an article: "Women: 3 Ways to make Your Workouts Easier."

"Way" number one was: drink an iced coffee drink during your workout.

Intra-workout frappuccino anyone?

when i was coaching at the college thats what the O-line guy would eat after their weights....lets just say i changed that

Number 3 on this list was not to get too warm. It recommend dipping your toes in the pool during the middle of a workout.

Yeh my gym has a handy ice pool, just incase my toes get warm too lmao...

The women could always just all strip off to keep cool, now thats a gym i could get to grips with

Imagine putting "lazy fitness" on the cover. Must sell many magazines.
