100 SQUAT CHALLENGE!!

40kgx20, 40kgx20, 40kgx20, 50kgx15, 50kgx15, 60kgx10.

Superset -
Leg Extension - 112kgx12x3
Hyperextension - BW+20kgx12x3

BB Calf raises - 160kgx12x3.

OMFG
Couldn't even stay for shoulders, i wanted to vomit so badly.. took all i had to not do it. I cant afford to refeed lol!

Il do shoulders and triceps tomorrow.
