Default Shoulders & Triceps

DB shoulder press - 18kgx12, 32kgx7+3 assists, 32kgx5+4 assists, 32kgx6 (Some assists). PBR!!
DB front raise - 14kgx10, 14kgx10, 16kgx10 PB!!
DB seated lat raises - 14kgx10, 14kgx10, 14kgx10. PB!!
Rev fly (Machine) - 68kgx12, 75kgx12, 77.5kgx11. PB!!

Skullcrushers - 50kgx12 (EASY LOL), 52.5kgx9, 52.5kgx6 PBR!
Dips - +40KG (2PLATES) X 5!! , +40kg x 3 , BW x 30. MASSIVE PB!!!
Tricep Pulldown - 44kgx7, 41kgx8, 40kgx7+4.

BB shrugs (Missed on Tuesday) - (Strapless) 110kgx25, 110kgx24, 150kgx3 > (Strapped up) 150kgx15. 110kgx12 (Strapless)

I seem to have great workouts on little sleep lol, worked again till 3:30 last night was at the gym by 8:30. Got myself so pumped up and excited to lift after Tuesdays fail. I wasn't going to accept failure today, felt unstoppable.. Which was fortunate because my mate turned up unmotivated.. he said after seeing me during my first set he was so amped.

Massive PB's across the board.. Had a few of the older guys at the gym (who i talk to regularly) and just in amazment at how strong i am for my age. And after i did the dips with 40kg some kid doing shoulder press on the smith machine turned around and said "Woah you are crazy mate!!" .. Nothing like an ego boost

Overall, 12/10 session. Couldn't of been better.

Default Legs (AKA DEATH)

Squats - 60kgx10 , 80kgx8-10 (Forgot), 100kgx4 , 100kgx8. (Equal PBR)
Front Squats - 60kgx10, 70kgx5, 60kgx10. PBR! - notes.
DB Lunges - (20kg each hand) x 16 reps per leg , x 14 per leg. (60 total) PB!! - Notes.

At this point i collapsed on the ground for a good 5+ minutes. I pushed myself to my absoloute limit and couldn't do another rep if my life depended on it.

Lying Leg Curls - 95kg (Machine max) x 10 , 8. (Left Knee slight pain)
Seated Calf Raises - 80kgx15, 80kgx15, 80kgx15. (Slow, controlled)

Il sum this workout up pretty quick.. Death.
I was disappoointed with my squats until i did 100x8. My god that was a struggle. But i did it.
Front squats were good, good depth and pushed myself far.

Lunges.. I collapsed after 10 reps on my first set, got up and finished with another 6 reps each leg. All i can say is the second set pushed me beyond what i thought was my breaking point. My heart rate was up near 175 and i collapsed on the ground for 5 minutes. Very happy NOW (not then, god no) i did it.

Leg curls and calf work i got through as quick as possible. Good stuff but cbf doing anything else.

I feel like a million bucks now after a long shower and a refeed. Bring on the weekend.
P.S - I realise iv probably dramatised this alot, but to me this was a taxing workout and my limits. So im pretty proud of myself.

Default Chest & Biceps

Incline DB press - 20kgx12 , 46kgx8, 44kgx7 , 44kgx9.
Decline BB press - 100kgx9, 110kgx8, 115kgx3 > 100kgx2. PB!!
Incline BB press - 80kgx4 > 60kgx4 (3 sec hold on chest) , 60kgx10.
Incline DB flies - 16kgx12, 20kgx10, 20kgx8. PB!!

MightyMatt Chin ups - +20kgx5, +20kgx7, +20kgx6. PB!!
EZ bar Preacher Curls - 42.5kgx10, 47.5kgx6, 47.5kgx6. PB!!
DB curls - 16kgx10, 16kgx9 > Superset to 35kgx6 dropped to 20kgx8 BB curls.

Great session again, love this sort of start to the new week.

DB inclines were a little weaker than id hoped for, but only by half a rep. But form was MUCH better.. Slower, more controlled and deeper (only by half an inch).
Decline & Incline BB work was good, Decline was AMAZING! 110kgx8 then 115kgx3 is a PB for sure. Very good work there.
Flies were a PB with good form, nice stretch happening.

Bicep work was great too, decided to go hard or go home on chin ups (MightyMatt weighted style ) and was suprised at the GOOD quality reps i got out.
Preachers were insane.. Thats 1 20kg plate each side and the bar. People were Mirin'
Curls were eh, curls i guess.
