How often does he do regular barbell compounds such as squats/bench press/deadlifts/push-press as opposed to training with strongman implements like farmer's walks/yolks/log press/keg press/atlas stones?

What's the most triumphant moment he can remember in his strongman career? The kind of moment that just makes you think: "Damn, I'm awesome!"

What does he like most about being a strongman?
