Thanks a bunch Rob! I have never missed posting a session, and I never will. I didn't realize it was a bother or inconvenience for some. I post up mine for personal reasons and accountability - and I have a permanent record of what I have done in the past, along with vids. And of course, comments are awesome because feedback is always a good thing and it's nice to know others have interest in learning from others here.

Thanks Henry!! Indeed, I was definitely pre fatigued haha. ON assistance day slingshot bench is regarded as assistance and OHP the main lift. Just getting a feel for the weight is a big first step mentally.
