Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks marvin!! I dunno now. Mrs Squatter just lost her job at the end of Feb, and now just had shoulder surgery on Thursday. There is still a chance once she recovers, but money will become an issue since she is not working. She also has plans to go back to school this fall.

So, not sure but I want to go soooo bad!

THE BYRDDAWG SESSIONS WEEK 8 DAY 3 OF 4 BENCH PRESS

Really stressed and busy since Thursday as Mrs Squatter had major shoulder surgery on Thursday and is having a rather ill recovery. Really super happy with the benching today as there were no misses, and the 275 is a paused PR match. Everything felt just right today, and is a big step towards my coveted 3PPS.

Thanks DZ! She's in a lot of pain and can't get comfortable because of the sling. I am sure glad she doesn't have 5 limbs. (The other 3 have already been operated on, with the feet having major reconstruction due to pronation)
