SQUATATRON SESSIONS CYCLE 2 WEEK 1 DAY 4 SQUAT

Felt just a tad shy of 100% in the lower back. If I had to rate it, I'd say 95%. This is just 4 days since I squatted and deadlifted last Thursday. So, 5 days for a full recovery, which is awesome since pre-biomat it would have been 7+ days. I expect this number to get even better since I have no more stupid furniture to worry about.

The mat is also increasing my metabolism big time, as I have lost 7 lbs. It does this because the far infrared light causes friction in the cells, thus releasing energy as the body warms from within. This also heals and acts as inflammation control, amongst other things.

Not sure if you guys know this, but the root cause of almost all disease in the body is inflammation. Mine was out of control last winter and I realize now i was a walking time bomb full of inflammation. Not anymore!

Would have gone for a triple @425 and/or a double at 445 had I been 100% and with the Crew and on the monolift. Really stoked to be able to do this at home.

Everything felt smooth and under control. Not easy, but just right really.
