Thanks Jio!! Health+form=progression for me. The Crew taught me to be a form freak. Being so also reduces the likelihood of injury, which is crucial!

SQUATATRON SESSIONS CYCLE 2 WEEK 1 DAY 1 OHP

Combined OHP with Bench as I missed bench last week and thought I better do some before i forgot how. ( I am old after all haha).

My daughters' bedroom furniture was delivered yesterday, and I spend all last evening unpacking, setting up, and clean up. I really thrashed my lower back - so much so I was in pain and really was quite concerned I really messed it up. As fate would have it, UPS delivered my Biomat at about 7:30PM. So, I quickly washed the bed sheets and then set up the mat before bed.

This mat really is the crown jewel for recovery. I woke up this morning feeling almost like nothing happened. All day it felt fine. I had a Chiro appointment after work, and everything was A-OK! I couldn't believe it! It's certainly not 100%, and the jury is still out, but it is way ahead of what it would have been without the mat. First impression is that I am stunned at how well it worked.

Lower back was good enough to train tonight - not deads or squats of course, but bench and OHP felt just fine. No lower back issue at all. basically, just tired still.

Everything was next to failure.

Cheers Tom, Braveone, and Ravi! The hunt for 3PPS is on or die trying. It's even more elusive than a 500 deadlift.

Strong work as always. Squatting/Deathlifting is unreal and your benching is progressing along nicely. Keep it up like we all know you will!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
