SQUATATRON SESSIONS CYCLE 1 WEEK 4 DAY 1 OHP

First time I have ever had hope in almost 30 years regarding my tremors.

W all know what happened the last time I had hope.

The only reason I was able to lift today, my 3rd session in a row, and only 1 day since benching on Saturday, was due to the increased stability throughout my body.

Yes, I still shake, sometimes worse than others, but the reduction in severity is the most I have ever had. I just had to share this moment with you.

The jury is still out of course, and I am far from consistent stability, but this is just an incredible day and I hope just the start to a consistent reduction in my tremors.







Left gas in the tank on every lift, and still progressed big time.

Military Press
