CREW SQUAT SESSION

Had a decent session with the Crew. The big meanies tho wouldn't allow me to do any heavy singles. My coach Evan insisted I do a total of 5 reps at 85% of actual max, so I of course always listen and did what was asked of me.

Knees were all over the place on the first 2 working sets, as my tremors were still bad, but the last double, which was videoed, felt the best. Those SBD knee sleeves are a Godsend. They keep my knees so warm and provide just enough stability for me to squat without having to wrap.

My whole body was in fact trembling for most of those squats today, so I am very, very happy with the numbers and work done.

Post training meal was Filet Mignon with white rice, and tonight's dinner is Prime Rib Roast with mashed sweet potatoes!! Eat like a King FTW!

Weigh in today was 216 lbs. I have slowly and consistently gained some weight over the last couple of months, from 210 to 216. All my jeans still fit really well!!
