Oh, gotcha! Indeed, I use a rumble roller every session, stretch my lower back out (chiro showed me how), along with rest of body pre-wo. I also hang alot from a pull up bar in between lifts, do squat stretches. I also go for a monthly deep physio like massage every month, and of course take Ark 3's
