Decided to squat triples until I could not remain as tight as I should. Form was spot on I thought and I was really happy with them, especially for not being fresh.

Shrugs went well. I am excited that my lower back can now handle heavy shrugs with no pain at all.

No meets here in Canada until Spring. I for sure will have 1 - GPC Canada nationals, and likely a CPU qualifier, as I have never lifted in that Fed. Might have another after that, the provincials, and then nationals.

I have been cleared by all the docs, sports medicine, internal medicine, eye surgeon, and chiro to powerlift as I please. Even tho I still have facet joint arthritis, it doesn't hurt one bit, which really is a miracle Jay, as that type of arthritis is the worst of the worst pain wise. The sports med doc has never had a case of facet jopint arthritis that didn't hurt. It should hurt so bad I should need medicinal weed to control it.

Eye surgeon - my Birdshot is still there Jay, but dormant and stable. Again, eye surgeon said this is a first and there is no medical reason for it. I should have lost about 1/3 of my vision by now, but have lost almost zero.

Something to be said for my diet changes and supps eh?? My healing all began about 3 weeks after I made the changes. I am pretty much paleo and have special supps like Collagen and Silver Biotics.
