LtL told me once that it is OK to deload like this - do all lifting on 1 or 2 days and then get more complete rest days in. Works a treat!

CREW SQUAT DAY

Squattatron was in the house, office, and zone today. Form was on point today and I was just so excited, I could have squatted all day long. Got emotional after-wards as I look back at what could have been during my winter of hell last year.

This was then: Here is a vid of my facet joints popping out for the last time on Jan 27th, 2013 - just before I was diagnosed.
