The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks Marvin! It was actually somewhat reassuring to me that some form breakdown did not cause any injury or issues, which gives me more confidence I could muscle up a PR at a meet.

Great stuff all round man. I am hugely impressed by the amount of work you get done in a session. I would be in bed for days with doms after that much heavy squatting.

I had a bit of lean on the squats and depth wasn't spectacular, but good enough. I didn't really feel the lean tho, but not surprising due to the recovery issue. I don't think it would be prudent of me tho to pull and squat heavy again in the same week going forward. I want every squat to be like zero lean, which is no problemo if my lower back is recovered enough. So, a good day with the numbers, but only a so-so day on form. I will likely either skip pulls this week or do very light ones as I want to bounce back on the squats next Sunday. Having so-so form bugs me to no end.

Thanks a bunch mate! I would be in bed for days if it wasn't for the Ark 3 from Arkworld. It's an absolute must have supp for me for recovery. Not cheap by any means, but still worth every penny.

Thanks Alan!! I feel I am doing it right, as you and Sir Swede have said, as I am progressing so well. It took a few years to figure my body out, and to be inspired my Steve to do instinctive training. It seems at my age and stubborn mentality, following a prescribed set of numbers can spell disaster. This is why I do not try programs like Smolov.

Thanks RR!! It's all credited to my health really. Keeping that up, along with staying injury free, is key for me. The Arkworld supps have also been a blessing to me, as I mentioned above.

Thanks Jio!! I love doing back-off work! This time, 235 felt just perfect so I left it at that instead of descending weight.
