Early May - it will be the GPC Canadian Nationals. I hope to qualify for the Worlds. I will also have an opportunity to lift in the CPU (Canadian Powerlifting Union) Qualifiers a few weeks after that. Then it will be the Provincials and then Nationals. It might be a very busy spring and summer.

BENCH DAY

Did not make it to the CrewGym today as a really nasty Blizzard arrived early this morning. I was still feeling beat up from Thursday's pulls. Friday was horrific with full body DOMS like I have never had before. Wasn't expecting much from this session, but my body was kind enough to come up with what turned out to be quite a strong session.

The 305 press is the most weight I have ever done full ROM. My ramp up singles and back off sets are progressing right along as well, so dang happy about the good times on bench.

Squat-o-clock Sunday with the crew. Hope I am feeling recovered enough to feel the love.

Not feeling the love from Youtube as they are now blocking my vids when they detect music in the background that is apparently violating copyrights. What a fucking joke that background music isn't allowed. I had to acknowledge this in order for them to unblock them. I get the feeling that if they detect any further "violations", my whole account could be blocked, so no more music. Stupid fuckers. Grrrrr.
