Thanks Chad!! Quads are major league sore, not to walk, but to the touch. I wanna do the same BW squat sometime, but make it to 40 reps on the first set, as I wasn't happy with just 20 this time. Not sure when, But I'll do it this winter sometime when I feel like it. What the heck anyway, everyone seems to be singing the praises of volume these days! haha

BENCH PRESS

Really a day filled with awesomeness. I received my clear title to my home today. This is a day I have been waiting for for almost 19 years. When we bought the house in early 1995, the goal was to pay it off before I hit 50, and low and behold we did it with 3 months to spare.

I am really loving life these days, more than I ever have before. I have a great loving family in a home that is free & clear, great health, and pretty much zero stress. Even at work, the de-stressed my job in an effort to help heal my eyes. Bless them for that, as I believe it was a factor in beating the Birdshot. Zero financial worries now as I am also 100% debt free.

We are thinking of a stop over in New Orleans when we go to Florida to celebrate our clear title. I cannot think of a better way to celebrate then meeting Chad (Cleeper) and be shown the Big Easy by a local.

Last, but not least, I get to do what I love the most, and that is to lift and do it well to the best of my ability.
