Yup, you've been glutenized. Have you tried mixing it with a little juice? Real juice though, 100% juice with no fillers. I use pineapple. Cherry and pineapple seem to work the best. It cuts down on the nastiness.

No, I haven't tried juice before. However, I do use a supp called PHD Greens, which is flavored and makes the Greens + taste good. It is for sure gluten free. I just thought I'd try that one from Costco as it was quite a bit cheaper. I only drink a cup of juice once per day. It is pure organic Acai.

Haha - thanks DZ!! Good is an understatement to get it finally done. In some ways, it was a bit of an obsession of mine - cannot explain why tho. My next goal is actually to rep it, all the while progressing by 5 lbs every few weeks.

Tonight was a very emotional night for me, and it was expressed after the 250 X8 Pendlay set. I am just so damn proud of my rows and deads of late - I literally cannot believe what my body is giving me on these lifts. Combine that with a bit of anger about the Cheating thread and it made for some PR's.
