Thanks again Ravi!

The crew told me last week they see me hitting a 1300 lb raw total in 2014. My current gym total is 1210, so it certainly is doable. Once again, the key to 1300+ total, or 600kg's, is for me to stay healthy and injury free. I do everything I can to be and remain healthy. My diet is of course second to none awesome, I have regular monthly visits to massage and chiro, and so on. Instinctive training is also a big factor in remaining healthy and injury free.

CREW BENCH DAY

A big 10 lb PR on full ROM raw bench today!!

I have done 285 before, but only with either a Slingshot or 2 board, never full ROM raw. It was a grinder, but I never gave up on the fucker as the spotter Brian kept yelling "bar towards me, bar towards me", and everyone else was just cheering me on. What a golden day for me!!!
