Pretty sure a deadlift or two played a part in your lesser than normal energy state Jimbro! Still a fine bench session

Pretty strong on the rows too, but I'm claiming you have an advantage with larger plates and shorter ROM

DELOAD CREW SQUAT SESSION

Had much more energy than yesterday, but still feeling beat up, as upper body was a hurting unit this morning, which resulted in a bit of loss of tightness on the odd squat rep today. Despite that, had a pretty decent session and its very to be able to deload with these kind of weight loads. All reps were buried.

Got quite the compliment from Mario today, the strongest guy on the Crew and team mentor. He asked me "what time is it?" I said "I dunno" (usually I reply "squat-o-clock".) He said, "no, that's not it, come on now". I replied, "well, I am old and senile". He said "nah, your just fucking awesome". Really made my year so far with the Crew.

I don't think I have ever needed a deload as bad as I do right now. I pretty much feel like I have been beaten by some Mobsters - but I'd have to be dead to miss another session with these guys and gals.

How did you know I went a bit over 70% on the 325? Haha, in that sense it was too strong. Will be working up to a new PR of 450 in a few weeks!

Thanks Lisa!! Haha, indeed, I have gained 2 lbs. I think I am on a growth spurt, which would explain the way I am feeling since the 495 deadlift last Wednesday.
