Thanks mate Steve introduced them to me last year, and I instantly fell in love with them. They are brutally fun, thats for sure. So far, no DOMS to report tho.

Jim,

That donkey squat video was f*cking epic. Falling to the ground and crying afterwards = WIN of a workout. Looks like you're finding some seriously FUN things to do that don't hurt your back, which is another major WIN.

I absolutely cannot help falling to the floor. I reckon it must have something to do with fatigue and the position the body is in when finished the lift. The tears were a mix of pain ( not back pain thankfully, but good hurtin in the quads) and tears of joy that my back was OK. Having the donkey squats to do and having the hack squats (I simply love pulling a dead weight of the floor) is making me forget all about my low back

I also was pretty stoked I was able to do 3 sets at 240. Wendler's calculator puts me at 270 for a 1 RM!!:flex:

These were done more for a test. 3 weeks ago dips caused a big strain in my middle back. last week, I felt a little tweek. This week, I felt nothing!! This is an awesome sign my back is getting better. Lower back was fine all day, which is also a good sign. It is feeling a bit tender now, but only after a long day.

This is one of the most fun and b!tchin' weeks I have ever had as a lifter. Thanks to the great encouragement & advice I got to continue on lifting around my injury instead of through it, I am once again having the time of my lifting life - so much so I have almost forgotten all about my back issue. As long as I can squat at least some variant and do BB Hack Squats, which make me feel like I'm deadlifting, I am a very happy lifter.

I also received my supplement order form the good old US of A. I got On's Hydrobuilder & Casein, Opti-men multi's, 2 tubs of Big Rig's N.O. Exhaust, 2 tubs of WTF (Wake The Freak) pre-WO, 2 tubs of On's Amino Energy

My Spud Belt exchange for a large has also been processed by EliteFTS and I should have it next week.
