OHP DAY

Much better session tonight - best in weeks. progressed both in feel and weight, despite the strict singles being grinder-ish. I also decided to swap out Arnies for Incline Bench, as I like the lift better, but a bit of miscue in weight selection as the aim was rep work. I also opted to add in some Push Pressing - it was fun!

cardio/conditioning is also progressing. I recently did a 10K (6.2 Miles) on level 1, and now I have my sights set on the same at level 2, which represent a constant incline. Tonight I did 7.4K (4.6 Miles) - hope to reach 10K at level 2 in a month or so. A 10K burns about 750 calories. Tonight 500 were gobbled up.
